Can you believe it? Organic Welsh Mulika wheat grown just north of Abergavenny (near Bwlch) freshly milled at Talgarth Mill and then baked by us just outside Brecon.
Every part of the production from seeding and growing to baking and finishing all within fifteen miles of each other. Can any other bread be more local than that and can any food - any food! - be seen to keep all of the production and profit within the local community.
And what of the taste? Well the wheat itself is wholemeal and being freshly milled and baked it has all of the goodness you might expect. To give it even more 'bite' we've added seven kinds of organic seeds to enhance its appeal to all those who demand food that is the very best.
